We bake in relatively small batches so that we can ensure consistent quality throughout our processes.
All our pies are baked with a premium short crust pastry and are as crisp on the inside as they are on the outside when freshly baked. This ensures that from the first bite to the last the finish is very light and tasty.
Using traditional cooking methods, we seal in the finest quality lean meat and sauces to retain the flavours and then gently cook until just right.
